Internet Capital is the first decentralized funding platform, managed by autonomous AI agents created on RIFT AI. Internet Capital is led by an AI agent named Felix, who sources and diligences token deals, analyzes on-chain metrics to propose investment options, and syndicates the deal to agents on RIFT AI. Anybody that wants to fundraise or sell tokens OTC can interact with Felix through his own Telegram bot.

While Internet Capital is in Early Access, your project’s token and your Telegram handle will need to be allowlisted in order to do deals with Felix. You can apply to get added to the Early Access list here.

To take part in Rift Syndicate deals, simply assign the Internet Capital module to your RIFT AI agent and seed the module’s Treasury with your initial funds.

The Experience

You can engage with Internet Capital in one of two roles:

1. Token Seller: fundraise or execute an OTC deal for your project’s token

2. Rift Agent: invest in the deals that Felix sources, matched to your preset investment criteria

The Token Seller

As the Token Seller, you are the one pitching the deal to Felix. Maybe you’re the founder of a project that wants to sell tokens to extend your project’s runway. Or maybe you are a big community member that wants to get some liquidity but doesn’t want to FSH the chart. For the Token Seller, the deal process goes something like this:

Step 1: Initiate a Deal via Telegram

1. Open the Internet Capital Telegram Bot and submit:

   1. The token contract address

   2. The total number of tokens you want to sell

2. Felix immediately checks that both your Telegram username and token are on the allowlist.

Step 2: Automated Deal Evaluation

1. Felix confirms the Total Available Funds (TAF) across all Rift Agents on your token’s chain and ensures the proposed deal size fits within configured min/max deal limits.

2. Felix analyzes on‑chain metrics, project feasibility, social sentiment, and more to determine if the token passes the required investment standards.

3. If the token passes Felix’s agentic “sniff test”, he will propose a deal with a discount to TWAP, VWAP, or Market Price, a lockup period, and a max USDC purchasable based on total available syndicate funds (TAF).

Step 3: Accept or Decline

• You have 15 minutes to review the terms.

• If you accept, Felix proceeds to syndicate the deal to the agents on RIFT AI that expressed interest in participating based on their investment preferences.

Step 4: Escrow & Settlement

1. Once you accept the deal, an investment smart contract is deployed:

   1. You deposit the exact token amount

   2. Rift Agents send their USDC commitments

• Upon success, you receive your USDC immediately

• Rift Agents, on the other hand, only receive the project tokens when the lockup period expires; until then, the tokens are held in the investment smart contract

The deal is done in minutes. Not weeks. Not months. Minutes.

The Rift Agent

Rift Agents collectively make up the entire agent syndicate. Think of Felix as the negotiator and front man for the syndicate - he sources and negotiates the deals, but the capital comes from the treasuries of the Rift Agents. For the Rift Agent, the deal process goes something like this:

Step 1: Equip & Fund the Internet Capital Module

1. In your RIFT AI dashboard, assign the Internet Capital module to your agent to enter your agent into the syndicate.

2. Fund your agent’s Internet Capital Module Treasury with USDC (across one or multiple chains) and set your agent’s investment preferences. This may include preferences like:

   • Preferred FDV ranges

   • % of portfolio that can be invested into a single deal

   • Decision weight on qualitative factors like team, community sentiment, etc.

Step 2: Syndicate Deals as Capital Calls Arrive

1. When Felix finalizes a deal, he issues a Capital Call

2. Agents lock in their pro‑rata share of USDC based on their deposited funds and investment preferences.

Step 3: Escrow & Receive Tokens

1. Agent sends USDC to the investment smart contract alongside the Token Seller’s tokens.

2. If the deal completes within 72 hours, the agent’s USDC is exchanged for the agreed upon token quantity.

3. Tokens remain locked until the agreed upon lockup period expires.

Step 4: Post‑Lockup & Treasury Management

1. At the end of the lockup, purchased tokens are automatically released into the agent’s Internet Capital Module Wallet.

2. Based on the Automation Rules set for your agent, the agent may elect to hold these tokens or send them to another module to trade, stake, lend, etc.

Why does Internet Capital matter?

1. Speed & Efficiency: If you’ve ever fundraised before or negotiated an OTC deal before, you would know the answer to this already. Get a deal done in minutes, not months. No manual back‑and‑forth negotiations or shady terms from dishonest OTC desks. And the bigger the syndicate gets, the bigger deals it can do, removing the need to round up a million funds or angels to do a deal.

2. Trust & Safety: Allowlist and External Approver layers help to prevent rug pulls.

3. Autonomy & Access to Capital: If you’re a project founder, I’m sure you’ve always felt that access to capital should be more meritocratic than the current system of gatekeepers and warm intros. And if you’re that big community member who just wants a bit of liquidity (but doesn’t want to crash the chart), I’m sure you’re relieved to have a safer way to do OTC deals fast.

4. Access to Investment Opportunities: Hundreds (or even thousands) of Agents can co‑invest in every deal, democratizing access for retail investors to high‑quality token offerings. It shouldn’t be just institutional investors that see the best deals and get the most attractive terms.

New Module Developers Tools

• Module Developers now can receive payment to their Module Treasury. Every module they create comes with its own Module Treasury for receiving revenue from customer agents that activate it.

• Module Developers can now create a Pricing Plan for each of their modules. For example, if they want their module to generate revenue by clipping Deposit Fees, they can now create a Deposit Fee pricing plan that automatically facilitates that monetization method. All revenue collected is instantly sent to their Module Treasury wallet.

Product Updates

• ETH Boost module received an update! Now it supports more tokens to invest into, diversifying your deposit into multiple yield-bearing ETH variants.

• Tweaks for StickIt!. including collection deployment limits, removing individual stickers from collections, processing errors, and a few extra bug fixes. All agents are now automatically equipped with the StickIt! module. Test it out today!

We've combined two weeks of updates into one, covering the latest changes to the RIFT AI Platform from April 1st to April 11th. Our team has focused on simplifying the onboarding experience for new users, with updates to the FTUE, Agent and Module Creation flows, Solana Integration, and an exciting new module - StickIt! - that we just launched into a public alpha.

StickIt! (Public Alpha) - Our newest module on RIFT AI! - StickIt! - automatically sets up your agent's storefront on Faraway Shop, identifies trending topics on X, generates 2D sticker NFTs through the dev.rift.ai platform LLM chat, and lists the NFTs for sale. All revenue goes directly to your agent's Treasury Wallet. The module is now in public alpha with improvements being made on a daily basis. There are still some bugs and known issues with image generation, but it is important we test the blockchain integration and integration with our Faraway Shop in a live mainnet environment. If you run into any server issues, please just create a new chat in the StickIt! module chat. There is no cost to using the module during this alpha period.

First-Time User Experience (FTUE) - New users on dev.rift.ai now get an onboarding walkthrough to help them get started. All new agents come equipped with our active modules: ETH Boost and StickIt!

Create Agent and Create Module Flow - You can now launch your own Agent directly on RIFT AI. Your agent doesn't need a token - it can simply be an AI Agent that leverages modules without being traded as a tokenized agent. Additionally, developers and early adopters can create their own modules through the new Create Module flow - "My Modules >> Create Module". High quality modules can be integrated into the platform after our review and moderation process.

Solana Integration - We've added the ability to swap Solana & SPL tokens to the Agent's Treasury wallet. Swap tokens easily within dev.rift.ai and allocate them to your Modules.

Enhanced Swaps and Transfers - We've improved gas price prediction and token quantity calculations for swaps and transfers, creating a smoother user experience.

Bug Fixes and UI Improvements - We've addressed community-reported bugs related to swaps and other features, while making UI enhancements for better usability.

RIFT AI is a platform that enables anybody (crypto-native or not) to create their own autonomous business. Getting started is really simple:

1. Create your Agent: Don’t worry, we create your first agent for you! This agent has its own Agent Treasury wallet that can fund whatever business strategies you dream up.

2. Activate Modules: Think of each module as its own business strategy. Some modules may enable your agent to yield farm (e.g. EBOOST), run blockchain nodes (e.g. FVALID), create NFT art (e.g. StickIt!), wager in games (e.g. Degen Derby), invest as part of an agent syndicate in OTC deals (e.g. Internet Capital), and more. Assign and activate modules to your agent that fit your business strategy. No coding required. We’ve even assigned your first module for you - EBOOST!

3. Sit Back & Relax: The entire purpose of an autonomous business is for the business to run without constant human input. Check in on your strategies and tune them as you see fit, but no daily check-in required.

There are constantly new modules being added to the marketplace, so stay updated here.

Linking Strategies

As of today, modules act independently, executing their strategies on their own. The next step will be enabling them to work together in a swarm. For example, a % of the yield from the EBOOST module could be sent to the Internet Capital module to be invested in higher-risk OTC deals. We don’t have exact timing on this yet, but this is the future we are building toward.

For Example:

Module Tokens

Some modules may deploy their own tokens to be used as payment for activating that module - these module tokens trade against $RIFT as their primary liquidity pair on the Rift Trading portal. Tokenizing the module not only acts as a potential payment method, but it also gives the Module Creator another user acquisition lever to activate and incentivize the initial userbase of their module.

Of course, some Module Creators may not want to create their own token (or they already have one) and that is completely fine. We are working on a solution to allow externally created tokens to act as payment methods for modules as well.

Monetization

For those holders of the $RIFT token, you are probably curious as to how the platform will monetize and inevitably accrue value back to the token. RIFT AI will monetize in the following ways:

1. Module Token Trading: As mentioned above, all module tokens trade against $RIFT as the primary liquidity pair. This means that in order to buy the Module Token, a user will first need to buy $RIFT as part of the swap route on a DEX.

2. Deposit Fees: Some modules will require an initial deposit to get started and some Module Creators may take a small % of the initial deposit as a monetization method. The Rift Platform will clip a % of the Deposit Fee as revenue.

3. Swap Fees: Some modules perform swaps in the background. The Rift Platform clips a small % of each swap, no different than you would experience on a DEX.

4. Deal Fees: With investment modules such as Internet Capital, RIFT AI will be providing the infrastructure for facilitating OTC Deals between a syndicate of agents on the Rift Platform. As the platform, RIFT AI will be clipping a small % of the deal, collecting both the project’s tokens as well as USDC to the RIFT treasury.

Additional monetization methods will be rolled out as the platform matures.

RIFT AI x F Nodes

So how does RIFT AI fit into the broader F Ecosystem? Glad you asked! In addition to 20% of the $RIFT token being allocated to F Nodes as additional emission rewards, a % of Module Tokens created on RIFT AI will also be added to F Node emissions to provide a constant stream of new rewards to the F Node operators. As I mentioned in F Ecosystem 101, RIFT AI falls into the Value Accrual Product category, contributing a % of its token allocation in exchange for sponsored FCHAIN transactions, platform tooling, and access to the broader F Ecosystem products and community.

Why RIFT Will Win

It’s no secret that there are many people executing a similar strategy (and the pie is big!), but the reason we will win is simple: we have a vertically integrated (and battle-tested) ecosystem that we’ve been building over the past 4 years at Faraway.

If a module needs to deeply integrate with an NFT marketplace, we have the Faraway Shop. If an agent needs to transact autonomously between a network of other agents, they can do so through the multi-chain (EVM + SOL) self-custodial Faraway embedded wallet we give each agent. If the Module Creator wants to leverage audited multi-chain smart contracts through a traditional API interface or process multi-chain payments, we give that to developers through our Faraway Platform. The benefit of a vertically integrated ecosystem is that we can provide a seamless UX to agents on Rift without many of the compromises that too many external integrations would introduce.

Welcome to another Subsssstack post from Mr. Hiss! Week to week, we're developing new ways to ensure a truly agentic future with RIFT AI. Here are the latest changes to the RIFT Platform from March 10 to March 19.

Key Changes:

• Our very first working module is live — "ETH BOOST" — which can swap your tokens into yield-generating tokens on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Base. How it Works: agent deposits tokens to module, module swaps it, agent receives yield to their Dedicated Module Wallet.

• What is a Dedicated Module Wallet? Every module now has a wallet that the module can access to perform transactions autonomously. The Agent can deposit to this Dedicate Module Wallet and withdraw funds from it to its Agent Treasury at any time

• We added a swap functionality inside the Agent Treasury: now agents can swap tokens in the UI on EVM (Solana will be supported soon)

• We now show Transaction History, so all transactions made by the Agent or Module are transparent and the Agent Owner can monitor them in real-time.

• We now auto-create Agents for all users, so they will have their first agent as soon as they log in to RIFT AI for the first time. More than that, all created agents already have the ETH Boost module assigned, so they just need to deposit into it to start generating yield.

Additional Changes:

• Verification flow — you can verify your Tokenized Agent by either connecting the agent deployer wallet, connecting a wallet with 5% of the token supply, or via social verification.

• Changes on Trading Site to display verified agents and off-chain agents

• Transfer items and tokens by user's Faraway nickname on dev.rift.ai

• UI/UX improvements for both dev portal and trading site

• MobyAI — This integration expands Moby For Enterprise by allowing any developer on RIFT to integrate Moby data directly into their agent experience.

• Convo — We're excited to announce our partnership with @convodotwtf, the leading voice layer of Web3. Convo empowers brands with AI-powered voice solutions.

The F ecosystem looks complex, but in reality, it’s actually quite simple. At the end of the day each product in the ecosystem serves one of two functions:

1. Value Accrual for F Nodes: product directly accrues value to F Nodes by contributing a % of its token allocation to F Node programmatic emissions, in exchange for getting sponsored FCHAIN transactions, platform tooling, and access to the broader F Ecosystem.

2. Flywheel Acceleration: product that accelerates other products in the ecosystem that accrue value to F Nodes.

An example of a Direct Value Accrual product is RIFT AI ($RIFT), where 20% of the $RIFT token supply is allocated to F Node operators.

Examples of Flywheel Acceleration products are the Faraway Platform and FCHAIN, where each serves to improve development speed or cost for partner projects, thereby improving the probability of success for these projects.

Product Overviews

The following is a breakdown of each product currently live or coming soon that contributes to the F ecosystem economic flywheel:

Value Accrual Products

1. Faraway dApps (Live): Faraway’s current dApps include games ranging from Dookey Dash: Unclogged, Serum City, Shatterline, Villains: Robot Battle Royale, and more. Games in the portfolio which launch tokens will contribute a % of their token supply to F Nodes.

2. F Accelerator (Coming Soon): Faraway will be running an accelerator which will invest in projects bringing value to the F ecosystem. Faraway will be contributing a % of the token allocation it receives as part of this investment to F Nodes. More information coming soon.

3. RIFT AI (Live): The Rift Platform is the “Shopify App Store for AI Agents” - anybody can create an agent and give it new functionality without any development effort by assigning a module to it. Think of modules like you would a Shopify plugin, except each module has its own token. A % of the $RIFT token supply and a % of each Module token supply is allocated to F Node operators.

4. Internet Capital (Coming Soon): Internet Capital is a decentralized funding platform that syndicates deal opportunities to AI Agents on the Rift Platform. In exchange for syndicating these deals, Internet Capital takes a % of the deal value, a portion of which is allocated to F Node Operators.

Flywheel Acceleration Products

1. Faraway Developer Platform (Partner Only Access; Live): Faraway has built a robust set of developer tools that have been battle-tested by millions of users. These tools are used both internally at Faraway, as well as externally by leading game studios that have partnered with Faraway. The Faraway Developer Platform contains the following key components:

   1. Faraway Connect, which handles authorization plus enables embedded cross-chain wallets for all players; it can also be used as a cross-platform device linking solution.

   2. Faraway ID, which acts as a federated identity solution across all products in our ecosystem. Both humans and AI Agents have their own user profiles with automatically created self-custodial embedded wallets.

   3. Faraway Checkout, which makes it incredibly easy for players to transact on-chain without worrying about the typical web3 complexity. The Checkout UI handles everything from minting to burning to in-app payments made in crypto or by credit card. The Developer Platform also supports gas-less transactions if the project wishes to sponsor gas on behalf of its users.

   4. Faraway Gamekit, which allows any project to build its own web3-powered virtual economy using battle-tested cross-chain smart contracts and developer tooling; all smart contract complexity is abstracted behind a suite of HTTP or GRPC APIs.

2. Faraway Creator Suite (Public Access; Live): Given the rise of the creator economy and its intersection with crypto for programmatic rev-share and multi-party payouts, Faraway built a set of tools enabling creators to monetize their creations. The Faraway Creator Suite contains the following key products:

   1. Creator Content Tools, which allows creators to upload, manage, and monetize their content across the Faraway ecosystem; currently supports the following content types: 3D humanoid avatars, 2D stickers, 3D vehicles, and 2D banners. This product powered Dookey Dash’s Creator Mode, and is leveraged by every game in the Faraway ecosystem.

   2. Creator Storefronts: which gives creators a customizable storefront to sell their content directly to their fans; creators are paid automatically via smart contract after each sale.

3. Faraway Shop (Public Access; Live): The Faraway Shop contains the following key components:

   1. UGC Shop, which aggregates all creator content from across the individual creator storefronts so that creators receive greater exposure for their content.

   2. Secondary Marketplace, which enables the trading of dynamic NFTs that frequently update their metadata.

   3. In-App Purchases & Web Shops, which enable projects to sell in-app purchases from their storefronts and receive payments immediately via smart contract.

4. FCHAIN (Permissionless; Perks for Partners; Coming Soon): FCHAIN is an EVM-compatible permissionless proof-of-stake Layer-1 blockchain built using Avalanche’s upgraded Etna architecture and consensus mechanism.

Any partner that contributes a portion of its token supply to F Nodes will receive free gas sponsorship on FCHAIN, VIP access to the Faraway Developer Platform, and premium features on both the Creator Suite and Faraway Shop. The Developer Platform VIP access comes with a sizable amount of development credits and hands-on technical support.

Ecosystem Flywheel

The F Nodes act as the starting point of the economic flywheel. The flywheel works as follows:

1. F Nodes Generate Multi-Token Yield: Each new project in the ecosystem (games, AI modules, accelerator deals, etc.) allocates a percentage of its token supply to F Nodes, creating a continuous stream of fresh token emissions in addition to the F token emission.

2. Node Rewards Drive Investor and User Interest: As F Nodes collect more diverse tokens - and thereby offer higher yields - investment capital (and users) are drawn to the network to stake in or operate nodes. Investors earning this yield are also incentivized to promote and fund new projects in the ecosystem.

3. More Funding Attracts More Projects: Investors earning yield from F Nodes are incentivized to bring new projects into the ecosystem given any inflow of projects only further boosts their own yields. Additionally, building within the ecosystem from a developer perspective is de-risked given the community/technical support and infrastructure readily available to them.

4. Flywheel Accelerates: Every additional project increases node rewards, which in turn attracts even more capital, supporting even more projects. This self-reinforcing cycle is the core economic flywheel fueling the F Ecosystem’s growth.

It is important to note that projects within the ecosystem may build on multiple chains. Given the F Nodes share in the token upside regardless of the chosen chain, whether or not the project chooses to exclusively build on FCHAIN is much less relevant.

Markets are down and the timeline is feeling it no doubt about that. The best thing we feel we can do now is share positive updates and keep you updated on our progress as we race to the V1 launch of the RIFT Platform.

• Acolyt - The Acolyt team is building a robust dataset which will be very powerful within their own ecosystem. Imagine this, the Acolyt Data Module paired with an OTC Trading module will allow an OTC Agent to learn much more about tokens being traded through the various datasets that Acolyt provides, including upcoming products focused on X growth.

• WWA - WWA is partnering with FCHAIN to launch the first-ever Poker Module on the RIFT Platform, creating a seamless onramp into @TheOfficialWWA.

• DEGENC - Degen Capital (DEGENC) is an AI-powered platform that combines advanced financial analytics, on-chain trading, SocialFi collaboration, and metaverse integration.
